The colors were just what I was hoping for. I am not too fond of too much pink for girls, and was wanting more lively pastel colors. This matched my scheme perfectly and the mobile I bought to go with it completes my baby's nursery, and it is stunning!
I was looking for a non expensive dresser to match our daughter's crib. Well I found it. It was delivered in good time and I was able to put this dresser together within 3 hours by myself (between feeding the baby). The directions were straight forward and easy to follow. And I have to say its a pretty good looking dresser, it doesn't look cheap at all. Very sturdy and nice cherry coloring. It has ample room for my daughter's stuff - definitely worth every penny. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is b/c one of the (minor)pieces had a small scratch - but I could live with that.
I ordered this set mainly for the portacrib bumper, since I couldn't find any I liked sold separately. The blanket is a little thinner than I expected, but the bumper is perfect. It's super-soft, nice and padded, and very cute. It is a little too long for our COSCO travel crib, but I just overlapped it a bit and it's fine.
I bought this blanket when my son was 10 months old. I was having an extremely difficult time getting him to sleep. He was borderline colic and just cried non stop for hours. I found that no matter how tight I tried to swaddle him using other things it just didn't work and he would manage to get himself out. The very first time I used the blanket my son slept 11 hours and I finally got control of our lives. I truly couldn't have made it without it. We used it until he was almost 5 months old and he then transitioned nicely out of it. He's a great sleeper now and I think that becuase I was able to get something that worked early on it help instill good sleeping habits for life. I liked it so much that I just bought one for my sister who is having a baby in a couple of months.
I wish this was the sheet that came in the bedding set! So much nicer than the plain white one.
It works well but I wish there was some padding on the bars that came with it that it hooks to. I didn't know I would have to replace my padded bar(with the nice zipper).The new blue and green color does not match my 2 year old model but looks o.k.
We love this mobile! I have it hanging on a long cord above my baby's changing table so that it's about 2-3 feet above her reach. SInce she was 2 months old she has been enthralled with watching it. The characters are cute and the movement is superb! The two arms can rotate in opposite directions while also going up and down. A quick spin from me is all it needs to get her watching. Now that our daughter is 4 1/2 months old she is very facinated with the aspects of the movement. Whenever we pick her up she wants to be held so she can view it at eye level and reach out and touch the mobile. I think it is helped her develop very good hand - eye coordination. SHe can reach for it while moving and immediately grasp what she is reaching for. The strings do seem too fragile for her to pull on it though. I highly recommend it.

Colorful and sturdy, Wedgits can be used by young children as well as adults (guilty!). Comes with good instructions showing many possible builds, but the pieces can also be used creatively. This toy is a classic example of the best of both worlds: FUN & EDUCATIONAL.
As we have only the 15-piece Starter Set--and with two kids both wanting to use certain pieces--I may invest in a larger collection (for example, WEDGiTS Deluxe Set - 30 Piece Set), as all Wedgits are compatible. Just one hint: keep the box these come in for storage because Wedgits, for all their benefits, do NOT feel good to step on!
I have always liked stencils but have found that I don't have the enormous amount of time it takes to paint them onto the walls...and then when it's time to change a room's theme you have to paint over them.
This set is wonderful. I purchased TWO sets (which you'll need even if you have a small child's room) and stuck them on the walls within about 30 minutes. They are easy to apply, stick very well, and if you change your mind you can peel them off and restick them a couple of times before the sticky part stops working. They are really nice because they aren't super shiny so they actually look like they could be painted on.
They really add a lot to the room and after paying a fortune for the bedding set, the room didn't quite "look" like the theme until I applied these to the walls. I'm glad I got two sets of these instead of only one. If you have an extra large child's room, you may consider getting three sets.

As pictured/described. Gingham cotton material quite soft, solid color opposite side just a shade less soft but still cottony material. Batting makes it subtly fluffy. Feels better than expected from picture. Great blanket!
This product arrived quickly and in good condition. I bought this as a gift, and the recipient was very pleased with it.
We purchased this set for first baby. Having never shopped for baby furniture, I had to do a lot of research. I read a lot of reviews and a lot of people claimed that it was not good quality. I believe that the quality is in line with the price. If you are looking for a solid oak piece that you can pass down to the grandchildren in 25 years, this is not the piece for you. If you are looking for a nice looking, decent quality changing table, then you will like this. It matches the Kalani crib perfectly. Took me about 45 minutes to assemble with very little help from my wife. It feels sturdy. It looks good. The drawers slid smoothly. Ultimately, it is a nice changing table for the price.
I was a little skeptical after reading some reviews of the infant insert, but I decided to try it out anyway. I have used the Bjorn and various maya type slings, and this is by far the most comfortable carrier. I'm prone to plugged ducts and mastitis, and this carrier with the insert puts no pressure on my chest, so it's great in that regard.
I started using the infant insert when my newest was almost 3 weeks old. It was a little hard to figure out where her feet and legs go at first, and she was really uncomfortable when I tried to splay them out and have her feet poke out the sides. That's definitely not the way to do it with such a little baby. I found that the trick is to have her knees up following the line of the fabric just along the inside of the padding and her feet almost touching and down at the V shaped base. You may think they're getting squished but she doesn't complain at all so it must be comfortable for her.
I also couldn't figure out whether she was supposed to have her head resting on the top edge, kind of sitting away from my body or resting on my chest. She took care of that for me. When she's awake her head is up and she's peering around. When she gets tired she puts her head down on my chest and rests very comfortably.
The hotness factor was also something I read about. My daughter was born in mid June and we live in Maryland, where it's pretty hot and humid in the summer. Yes, the insert is hot. But so is the Bjorn, and so are slings. I just put her in a onesie and we're both a little damp on the chest when she comes out. No big deal, really. I think the pros outweigh the one con that it's hot.
So it does take a little fiddling to get it just right, but once you do it's super comfortable for you as the wearer, and a nice little nest for the baby to ride around in. I definitely recommend it!
